Open data and citation

All the figures Plateop publishes are also available separately from the page: as a downloadable file and as an open endpoint. This page lists the licence, the citation rule, every frozen edition and the open endpoints.

Licence

Every frozen edition on this page is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You may use, adapt and republish the figures freely, including commercially, as long as you credit Plateop as the source.

Citation

Cite with the name of the publication, the edition and, for online use, a link to the page. For example: Source: Plateop APK monitor, September 2026 edition, plateop.com/pers/apk-monitor/2026-09. Every edition page shows its own citation line at the bottom.

Frozen editions

Every edition is frozen once into a fixed file and never changes afterwards: what you download today stays what it was.

Open endpoints

Alongside the editions above, Plateop runs two open JSON endpoints that always return the current, published figures, with no form or key required.

Per model

Every published model has a citable JSON file with the same figures and citation line as the model page itself. Coverage grows alongside the published model pages per market: below is one working example per market where that is available today.

Comparisons

Every published model comparison has the same kind of JSON file, with both models' figures side by side.
